Booking a service is simple through these steps:
Step 1. Choose a service. Select the service you need directly in the bTaskee app.
Step 2. Enter details. Provide your address, time, and any special requests for the Tasker.
Step 3. Confirm and pay. Review the details and make payment via secure methods.
2. Is bTaskee available in my area in Malaysia?
Yes, most areas are supported. To check if we cover your area, simply start a booking in the app and enter your address. The app will immediately inform you if Taskers are available in your location.
3. Do I need to be home during the cleaning service?
That is entirely up to you! If you prefer not to be home, our Taskers will follow the instructions you provide. You can return at any time to check the completed work.
4. What payment methods are accepted?
We want to make paying for your services easy. We currently accept bPay wallet, cash, and international credit/debit cards. We are constantly working to add more payment options, so stay tuned for updates.
5. How secure is my information?
