bTaskee Company Limited was established on March 30, 2016 by CEO - Founder Nathan Do (Do Dac Nhan Tam).
bTaskee is a pioneer in applying technology to the home service industry in Vietnam. We offer a wide range of convenient services, including home cleaning, air conditioner cleaning, grocery assistant, cooking, and home moving, throughout Southeast Asia. With the bTaskee customer booking application and the bTaskee Partner app for taskers, customers and taskers can actively post and accept jobs directly on the platform.
The name bTaskee is inspired by the image of hard-working bees (bee) to refer to the collaborators who always complete the assigned task. They (bTaskers) - dedicated, hardworking, and industrious bees - will provide customers with the best quality of service in a convenient and prompt manner.
Currently, bTaskee provides home services to many households in 20 major cities and provinces in Vietnam: HCMC, Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Vinh, Hue, Tam Ky, Hoi An, Nha Trang, Da Lat, Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Bien Hoa, Long An and, Can Tho. In addition, bTaskee is expanding to overseas markets with the main service of Hourly Home Cleaning in Thailand and Indonesia.
In Vietnam, up to now, bTaskee has assisted more than 10,000 taskers to earn a stable income and met the needs of home services of more than 1,000,000 customers. With the aim of providing customers the best service experiences, bTaskee continuously improves its services quality and its application.
