JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • Advise how bTaskee system works, answer questions of candidates or Taskers by phone.

  • Receive complaints and feedback from Taskers , coordinate to resolve appropriately and prompt solutions for Taskers.

  • Monitor and measure the satisfaction level of Taskers; Find out the causes and propose solutions for improvement.

  • Make plans and implement plans to care for target groups of Taskers each month, quarterly, and in each period of the year.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Work experience from 1 year

  • Good communication and inspiring skills.

  • Good analytical and planning skills.

  • Have a personal laptop.
