For non-voucher/coupon rewards, bTaskee is expected to contact and deliver gifts to customers' homes from January 1, 2024 to January 15, 2024 at the latest.
All rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other in-kind credit.
bTaskee has the right to decline to grant rewards if they do not give enough information to validate the award recipient’s eligibility.
In order to avoid fraud, bTaskee has the right to demand consumers to submit identification papers or other information in order to validate the identity of the reward receiver.
If the Customer has not completed the procedures to obtain the prize within 30 days from the date of notification of prize receipt, bTaskee is obligated to revoke the Customer’s winning result. This prize will be treated as though it were unclaimed.
All offers/prizes must be redeemed/received within the stipulated time frame. Any offers/prizes that are not redeemed/received within the given time frame will be dealt with in accordance with current legislation. bTaskee is not going to settle any claim or claim in this matter.

Customers who win and get prizes from this program consent to bTaskee’s use of their information and photographs for the purposes of publicizing, announcing winners, and for good advertising purposes by participating in this program.
The winner's responsibility for incurred costs when receiving prizes, irregular income tax: Before claiming the prize, the customer must pay irregular personal income tax. bTaskee will collect and remit this tax on behalf of the customer.
Customer agrees to accept bTaskee’s terms of service, which apply to the services bTaskee delivers, as set out in the bTaskee application, by participating in this program. bTaskee will not be liable for any claims from Customer, from third parties or from any loss, including or not limited to, loss of profits, loss of expectations, punitive damages, indirect, special, accidental or claims relating directly, indirectly, through a third party, as a result of or in connection with this program.
After the Client has acknowledged receipt of the reward from bTaskee, bTaskee will not be liable for any claim for property damage or loss.
Employees, Affiliates, and Partners of bTaskee are not permitted to participate in this program.
