1. How do I know if this maid works well?
When a maid accepts your task, you can review her average rating and read comments from previous customers through the bTaskee application.
2. How can I identify a bTaskee maid?
You can check the maid's photo on the app and ask to scan their in-app QR code to verify their identity.
If the maid does not match their photo, please deny entry immediately and contact customer service at 02-113-1345 for assistance.
3. Can I book cleaning services on major holidays?
Yes, you can book bTaskee services every day, including weekends and public holidays.
Note: Service rates increase by 20% on holidays. We recommend booking 1-2 days in advance for the best availability.
4. How are the hourly and daily rates calculated?
Rates are based on duration, area size, and the number of rooms. Prices start at 600 THB/2 hours for an area of 55 sqm. You can adjust hours and rooms to fit your needs.
5. What time can I start booking?
Services are available daily from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM. You can call or chat with your Tasker via the app to confirm details.
6. Can I request Deep Cleaning directly from the maid?
For move-in/move-out or areas not cleaned for over 2 months, bTaskee recommends booking the specific "Deep Cleaning" service for a comprehensive result with multiple Taskers.
7. Why are there no maids accepting my task?
This may happen during peak hours. Please wait a moment. If the start time is approaching without an assigned maid, you can update the date/time to find a suitable daily helper.
8. How do I cancel a booking?
Use the 'Options' icon to cancel. Note: Excessive cancellations (more than 7 times in 7 days) may lower your account reliability, making it harder to find Taskers in the future.
9. How can I change the date and time of my booking?
Go to the "Activity" menu in the app to change the time yourself, or contact customer service at 02-113-1345.
10. What happens if a maid cancels my job?
The bTaskee system will automatically repost your task to find another available maid as quickly as possible.
11. What are the payment options?
We offer various secure methods including bPay, Cash, Debit/Credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), TrueMoney, and ShopeePay.
12. How can I get discounts?
Use your bReward points for service discounts or redeem special promotions from our partners via the app.
13. Will I receive a receipt?
After service completion, bTaskee will send a receipt to the email registered in your profile.
14. Can I choose a specific preferred maid?
While we don't have a "fixed maid" service, you can re-book your favorites via the "Favorite Maid" function or use our monthly subscription plans.
15. How does bTaskee handle lost or stolen items?
We perform thorough background checks on all Taskers. In case of damage or theft, please report to cs-thailand@btaskee.com with evidence (photos/CCTV). We will investigate and respond within 2 working days.
16. What if the cleaning takes longer than expected?
Taskers will survey the area first. If the workload exceeds the booked time, they will discuss options with you, such as sticking to the booked hours or extending the time with an adjusted fee via the app.
17. Do you provide services for foreigners?
Yes, bTaskee serves foreigners in Vietnam and Thailand. Our app supports English, Thai, Korean, and Vietnamese.
18. What does a daily cleaning service include?
Kitchen: Dishwashing, dusting reachable surfaces, cleaning exterior cabinets/appliances, stove, sink, and floor.
Bathroom: Toilet, shower/tub, sink, mirrors, and floor.
Living Areas: Dusting, floor cleaning, and trash disposal.
Bedroom: Dusting reachable surfaces.
19. How much does a daily maid cost?
Hourly rates start at 600 THB for 2 hours. Deep Cleaning starts at 1,800 THB for 2 maids working for 3 hours.
