- For frequent bookings, we recommend the monthly cleaning package, which already includes the cleaner selection feature

You can check the cleaner’s photo and profile information directly in bTaskee application once the booking has been accepted

3. Can I book a cleaning service during public holidays?
To ensure cleaner availability at your preferred time, we recommend booking 1–2 days in advance
4. What does “Starting from 2 hours (2 rooms - 35 sq.m.)” mean?
This is a recommended estimate for the cleaning duration and room size. A 2-hour cleaning session is generally suitable for homes with around 2 rooms or an area of approximately 35 sq.m.
You can also adjust the number of hours or customize the service based on your cleaning needs and room size
5. What time can I book a home cleaning service?
bTaskee provides home and condo cleaning services every day from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Customers can choose their preferred date and time directly through the application
6. How can I contact and confirm the booking with the cleaner?
You can call or chat with the cleaner directly through bTaskee application to discuss or confirm service details
Once cleaner accepts booking, the contact channel will be available and the cleaner will contact you directly
7. Does On-demand cleaning service include Deep Cleaning?
On-demand cleaning is designed for general cleaning tasks and is usually handled by 1 cleaner. It is suitable for regular home maintenance or weekly cleaning
However, if the area has not been cleaned for a long time, requires move-in or move-out cleaning, or needs more detailed cleaning, we recommend choosing Deep Cleaning service instead
Deep Cleaning services include a team of 2 or more cleaners to ensure a more thorough and efficient cleaning experience
8. Can I cancel a booking?
Customers can cancel a booking through the “Options” menu in the application. The system allows up to 7 cancellations within 7 days
Excessive cancellations may affect your account reliability and reduce the chances of cleaners accepting your bookings
9. Will I receive a receipt for my cleaning service booking?
Customers can request a receipt through “Contact & Payment” section in the application
Once the service is completed, bTaskee will send the receipt to the registered email address
10. What should I do if the cleaner cancels the booking?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience if your cleaner cancels the booking
When this happens, the system will automatically repost the task to help find another available cleaner as quickly as possible
11. Why hasn’t anyone accepted my cleaning service booking?
If no cleaner has accepted your booking yet, it may be because the request was posted during a high-demand period
Normally, bTaskee can match a cleaner within approximately 2 hours. However, if the service time is approaching and no cleaner has accepted the task, you can update the booking date or time in the application. The system will automatically refresh the request to help find another available cleaner more easily
12. What should I do if the cleaner does not match the profile photo in the app?
If the person who arrives does not match the photo or profile information shown in the application, please do not allow them to enter your home and contact bTaskee customer support immediately at 02-113-1345 for assistance
13. What happens if there is damage, loss, or theft during the service?
- Details of the incident

- Photos or CCTV footage (if available)
- Any related supporting documents or evidence
14. Can I book the same cleaner regularly for On-demand cleaning service on bTaskee?
Currently, bTaskee does not offer a dedicated regular cleaner option for On-demand cleaning service
However, you can still choose your preferred cleaner through “Favorite Taskers” and “Manually Choose Tasker” features in the application, or choose a monthly cleaning service for more consistent service
15. How can I change the booking date and time if I made a mistake or become unavailable?
You can change your booking date and time directly through bTaskee application by going to “Activities” menu and editing service schedule
