2. How long does it take for a Tasker to arrive after a job is posted?
A Tasker will typically accept the job within one hour of booking. For holidays or peak hours when cleaning demand increases, it is better to book our service one day in advance to ensure a Tasker is ready to accept the task.
3. How do I identify the Tasker?
bTaskee takes photos of Taskers during registration, which you can view in the app. Once you book a service, the Tasker's photo will be visible. You can also scan the Tasker's QR code via the bTaskee app to verify their arrival.
4. Can I book services on national holidays?
bTaskee operates every day, including national holidays. To ensure a Tasker is ready for your request, please make sure to book 1-2 days in advance.
5. What is the best way to book any service from the bTaskee app?
Post a request via the bTaskee app: Select your apartment or house location / provide the Tasker with an accurate address and directions to find your home easily. Select “Bring cleaning tools” in “Additional services”.
Wait for a Tasker to accept and arrive: Turn on your notifications and keep an eye on your phone. A Tasker may arrive or contact you at any time. Confirm that the arriving Tasker matches the one in the app. Guide the Tasker around your home for the cleaning process.
Performance Review: Rate and provide feedback for the Tasker. This helps ensure they consistently deliver high-quality work.
