- Daftar harga layanan di atas bersifat sebagai referensi saat ini dan dapat disesuaikan secara otomatis tergantung pada lokasi/domisili Anda, jam sibuk, serta hari libur.
- Harga layanan yang tertera sudah termasuk biaya pengiriman standar dengan jarak maksimal hingga 10 km.
- Untuk jarak pengiriman 11–50 km, terdapat biaya tambahan sebesar Rp20.000/km untuk apartemen dan Rp24.000/km untuk rumah tapak.
- Biaya layanan ini juga sudah bebas biaya tambahan untuk proses bongkar muat hingga maksimal 2 lantai.
- Terdapat kenaikan harga sebesar 15% untuk pemesanan pada jam sibuk pagi (07.00–09.00 WIB) dan jam sibuk malam (20.00–22.00 WIB).

1. Does bTaskee provide insurance or guarantees during the moving process?
Yes. bTaskee provides a comprehensive insurance and warranty policy under the following terms:
- Item Compensation: If items are damaged or lost due to our team's fault, bTaskee will provide compensation up to 100% of the item's current market value (adjusted for depreciation).
- Installation & AC Warranty: We offer a 24-hour warranty for any installation re-adjustments after the job is completed. For AC disassembly and reassembly, a 7-day warranty is provided against water and gas leaks.
- Liability Limitations: bTaskee is not liable for items packed or unpacked by the customer, nor for damages caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, civil unrest).
- Valuables & Fragile Items: Customers are responsible for securing their own cash, jewelry, and legal documents. Please notify our team in advance regarding fragile or antique items so we can prepare specialized packing.
- Claims Procedure: Any damage or loss must be reported immediately on-site to create an official incident report before the job is marked complete. Claims made after the team leaves cannot be processed.
- Supervision: Customers must assign someone to supervise the unloading and inspection process at the destination.
2. In which areas is the bTaskee moving service available?
Currently, our moving service is available throughout the Jabodetabek area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi) and will expand to other major cities soon.
3. Is the moving service available after hours, on weekends, or public holidays?
Yes. bTaskee’s moving service is operational daily, including weekends and public holidays, allowing you to schedule your move whenever it is most convenient for you.
4. How long does the moving process usually take?
In most cases, the entire moving process (including packing, transit, and unloading) is completed within a single day.
5. Does bTaskee provide a tax invoice (VAT) for the moving service?
Currently, we do not provide VAT tax invoices for our moving service. However, we are actively working on updates to support this feature in the future.
