CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP

The Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement governing access to or use of the bTaskee mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), which is owned and operated by bTaskee Company Limited. These Terms apply between you, the individual accessing or using the Service from within Indonesia (“You”), and bTaskee Company Limited (the “Company”).

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE.

In this Agreement, the words “including” and “covering” mean “including, but not limited to.” If you use the Service outside of Indonesia, these terms and conditions of use do not apply to you. Please email us at cs.id@btaskee.com for the terms of use of bTaskee outside of Indonesia.

Your access to and use of the Service constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms expressly supersede any prior agreements or arrangements with you regarding the Service. bTaskee may immediately terminate these Terms or the Service with respect to you, or generally discontinue the offering of or access to the Service or any part thereof, at any time.

bTaskee may modify these Terms regarding the Service from time to time. Changes will be effective once bTaskee posts the updated Terms at this location or on the Service. Your continued access to or use of the Service following such posting constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms, as amended.

The bTaskee Privacy Policy located at https://www.btaskee.work/en-ID/privacy/ applies to your use of the Service and is incorporated into these Terms by this reference, notwithstanding any contrary statements in the Privacy Policy.
