1. How long does the bTaskee ironing service session take?

Sessions range from 1 to 3 hours to iron 15 to 60 items, depending on the duration package chosen in your app.

2. How do Taskers handle delicate or special fabrics?

Taskers strictly read care labels and sort fabrics beforehand to adjust the proper temperature for each garment type.

3. Do I need to provide my own ironing equipment?

Yes, please prepare a clean and safe ironing space, an iron, an ironing board, and a stable power source for our Tasker.

4. Is the ironing service price the same for all locations and times?

Rates adjust dynamically by location. A 15% peak-hour surcharge applies from 07:00–09:00 WIB and 20:00–22:00 WIB.

5. Is there a guarantee if a garment gets damaged during service?

Taskers follow a strict safety SOP for fabrics. bTaskee provides a compensation policy if damage occurs due to negligence.
