1. What is bTaskee Reward (bReward)?
bTaskee Reward (bReward) is a program for customers to collect points by using services on the bTaskee app. Accumulated points can be redeemed for promotions from bTaskee on future orders or other offers from bTaskee partners.
2. How are bPoints calculated?
Every IDR10,000 equals 1 bPoint.
Depending on your current rank, you will receive a different multiplier for each tier you reach (Silver, Gold, and Platinum).
3. What are the tier in bRewards?
bRewards has four tiers:
- Member: > 0 bPoints
- Silver: > 200 bPoints
- Gold: > 600 bPoints
- Platinum: > 3000 bPoints
Your tiers will increase based on the points you accumulate. Each tier has its own benefits, depending on the tier you achieve.
4. Are the bPoints accumulated at different rates for all bTaskee services?
The bRewards program applies equally to all bTaskee services. The accumulated points used for membership ranking are the same.
5. Do I earn bPoints reward points every time I use a promotional coupon?
Yes! However, the bPoints accumulated will be calculated based on the service spent and will not include any deductions for the task.
For example: If you book a 3-hour house cleaning service for IDR180,000 and receive a discount of IDR30,000, the bPoints accumulated will be based on the final price of IDR180,000 – IDR30,000 = IDR150,000.
6. How do I redeem bPoints?
To redeem bPoints for bRewards, follow these steps:
- Step 1: Open the bTaskee app, select "Account," then "bRewards."
- Step 2: Select from the list of special rewards and click "Redeem."
- Step 3: Confirm the reward redemption by selecting "Yes."
7. Are accumulated bPoints reward points deleted after use?
Accumulated bPoints reward points will be deleted after redemption. You can choose to accumulate bPoints over a longer period to earn more valuable rewards. However, bTaskee recommends that you check regularly and redeem your bPoints before they expire.
8. How do I check the expiration date of my bPoints bRewards reward points?
You can open bTaskee and select bRewards under "Account." The app will display all information about your membership rank, current bPoint reward points, and expiration date.
9. I'm at Silver/Gold/Platinum rank. Can I keep this rank forever?
Your membership rank will update when you don't accumulate enough bPoints reward points required to maintain your current rank. When your rank changes, you can only receive the special rewards appropriate for that rank level.
