- The above service price list is for reference only at present and can be automatically adjusted depending on your area/location, peak hours, and holidays.
- An additional fee of Rp20,000 applies to bookings made during morning peak hours (07:00–09:00 WIB) and evening peak hours (19:00–21:00 WIB).
- A minimum order of 5 kg applies to the Normal Cleaning (regular laundry) service. Orders weighing less than 5 kg will still be charged the standard 5 kg minimum rate.

No, you don't. bTaskee supplies all the necessary equipment and premium laundry materials, including high-quality detergents and fabric softeners.
4. Is bTaskee’s laundry service available in all regions?
Currently, our laundry service is exclusively available in Jakarta.
5. Is there a guarantee or warranty if my clothes are damaged or lost?
